The Site offers text analysis and manipulation tools including, but not limited to, character and word counters, syllable counters, readability formulas, translators, and related utilities.
Local processing: Unless a feature explicitly states otherwise, text processing is performed locally in your browser. Your input is not transmitted to our servers for counting or analysis. You must not use the services for unlawful purposes.
3. Third-party and external links
The Site may include links to other websites, applications, or platforms (“Linked Sites”). We do not control Linked Sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
4. Licence, prohibited uses, and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

All Site content (text, code, graphics, logos, layout, and tool output formats) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may link to the Site freely. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit our content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
5. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The Site may contain errors or inaccuracies. While we strive for useful results, we do not guarantee complete accuracy of counts, readability scores, translations, or other outputs. Results are provided “as is” for informational purposes only.

If we offer paid or premium features in the future, they may be subject to additional terms and pricing presented at checkout or sign-up. Free tools may remain subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated.

The governing language of these Terms is English. Translations are for convenience only; the English version prevails if there is a conflict.
